Pay: Starting at $24.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Assist with warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory rotation, and material movement.
• Operate forklifts and/or telehandlers safely and efficiently.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
• Back and maneuver trailers safely in warehouse and yard areas.
• Learn and support manufacturing and warehouse processes.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling experience.
• Forklift certification required or ability to obtain and maintain certification.
• Comfortable operating a forklift and/or telehandler.
• Comfortable backing trailers.
• CDL is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and understand safety procedures and work instructions.
• Basic math and measuring skills.
• Strong attention to detail, safety, and teamwork.
• Valid driving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and climbing.
• Ability to work in warehouse conditions, including varying temperatures and moderate noise levels.
