Inventory Manager

Located in Green Castle, IN

Salary: 23.00-25.00/hr

Position Summary: Our Inventory Managers work onsite at our customers’ manufacturing facilities and ensure that our tool & MRO industrial vending machines are always stocked with the products our customers need.

 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: • Deliver, receive, and stock our customers’ products in our tool & MRO industrial vending machines • Proactively monitor customers’ open orders to ensure prompt delivery and customer satisfaction • Monitor utilization data to establish order plans that are aligned with department goals and ensure adequate stock levels of consignment and non-consignment inventory • Effectively coordinate with Area Sales Manager regarding customer accounts, issues, and feedback on operation status. • Prepare, complete, and distribute system generated reports as required • Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy for each machine at each customer • Maintain a clean and safe working environment • Assist with other projects & duties when the business needs require

 

THE MOST QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE: • Some college coursework completed; training from a trade school • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Must be age 21+ in order to drive a company vehicle • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record • Self-directed and possesses a high level of productivity, personal organization, and attention to detail • Customer-centric attitude and a desire to grow with & contribute to customer-focused company • Strong communication skills including verbal and interpersonal are required • Proficient use of a Windows computer and Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Must be able to lift 50 lbs, • Must be able to frequently stand, twist, bend, and lift
