Warehouse Associate

 

Pay: $19.50/hr

 

We are seeking dependable Warehouse Associates to join a fast-paced distribution team. This position involves receiving, stocking, picking, and moving inventory while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

 

Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, stock, and organize products throughout the warehouse
• Pick and prepare orders accurately using RF scanners or warehouse technology
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or order pickers (training may be provided)
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Work efficiently to meet daily productivity goals

Requirements:

• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 80 lbs. with assistance or mechanical equipment
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
• Ability to work at elevated heights while safely operating warehouse equipment, as needed
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
