Salary: $25.00 - $26.00 DOE

Express is hiring for a Lead Landscaper.  After initial training with the owner, this person will work independently or with a partner doing landscaping from Fortuna to McKinleyville. This is a great opportunity for someone who already has professional landscaping experience and is ready to take on a higher level of responsibility. If your customers like your services and you help grow the business, you will make more money!

Key Traits:

• 2+ year of experience as a professional landscaper
• Demonstrated ability to mow professionally with a push or riding lawnmower
• Demonstrated ability to edge lawns with straight lines
• Demonstrated ability to trim with a string trimmer
• Clean cut
• Reliable, demonstrated ability to consistently work scheduled shifts
• Clean DMV record and ability to drive/back up a 14' trailer
• Drive a manual truck  

Ideal candidates will also have experience:

• Using different sorts of trimmers 
• Mowing and tilling with a tractor 

Workdays can be long. candidates must be in good physical condition to use landscaping power and hand tools throughout the day, including independently loading/unloading from the trailer and truck.

Pay:  $25.00 - $26.00/hr Depending on Experience
