Night Shift Operations Supervisor

Salary: $30/hr DOE

We are seeking an experienced Night Shift Operations Supervisor to lead the evening transportation and warehouse operations in Oakland, CA. This is a working supervisory position. 

This role is ideal for someone who is committed to working nights, thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment. 

This is an on-site full-time night shift position. From 5:00pm-3:30am.

Responsibilities: 

• Supervise and coordinate all night shift positions
• Dispatch drivers
• Resolve operational issues 
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures and DOT regulations
• Oversee the day-to-day workflow on the warehouse floor

Qualifications: 

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment 
• Committed to working overnight hours 
• Experienced in supervisory roles
