OVERVIEW
The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking food according to recipes and quality standards while ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen. This role includes setting up and maintaining assigned kitchen stations, operating cooking equipment, monitoring food quality and safety, and working collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver timely, accurate orders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, pays close attention to detail, and demonstrates strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
