OVERVIEW

The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking food according to recipes and quality standards while ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen. This role includes setting up and maintaining assigned kitchen stations, operating cooking equipment, monitoring food quality and safety, and working collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver timely, accurate orders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, pays close attention to detail, and demonstrates strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards.
• Set up and maintain kitchen stations.
• Ensure food quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate kitchen equipment and manage ingredients.
• Communicate with team members to complete orders efficiently.
• Clean work areas, tools, and equipment.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years of experience in Short order cook or a similar role
• Strong ability to multi task and work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
