Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is hiring a Part-Time Concierge Salon Manager for a professional salon suite environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, leasing/sales, organization, and supporting a creative community of beauty and wellness professionals.

 

Job Highlights:

• Greet guests and support salon suite tenants
• Answer calls, emails, and leasing inquiries
• Schedule and conduct tours for prospective tenants
• Follow up on leads and help maintain a leasing pipeline
• Support tenant retention and community culture
• Collect rent, track records, and assist with delinquent accounts
• Coordinate maintenance requests and supply inventory
• Maintain clean and welcoming common areas
• Create and post weekly social media content
• Support daily operations as the primary on-site contact

What We Look For:

• Customer service experience required
• Leasing, property management, salon/spa, hospitality, or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Comfortable working independently
• Professional, approachable, and community-minded
• Problem solver with strong multitasking ability
• Social media comfort preferred
