•    Oversee the daily operations of the production studio and broadcast environment.
•    Ensure all live and recorded productions are executed professionally, efficiently, and on schedule.
•    Serve as the primary operational point person for production staff, producers, directors, and technical crew.
•    Assist the CBO with department planning, execution, staffing, and workflow management.
•    Maintain production calendars, studio schedules, and resource allocation.

Operate or assist with VMix, switching, graphics, audio, streaming, and other production functions as needed.

3+ years of experience in broadcast, television, live streaming, or production operations. 

Working knowledge of VMix and live production environments. 

Strong understanding of studio workflows, production scheduling, and broadcast operations.
