Are you experienced in building repairs, preventative maintenance, and property upkeep? We are looking for a dependable Building & Grounds Maintenance professional to help keep our facility safe, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry-related issues
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks
• Maintain grounds, sidewalks, landscaping, and common areas
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Ensure the property remains clean, safe, and operational

Qualifications:

• Previous building or property maintenance experience required
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
