Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls
• Make an average of a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day
• Verify customers’ account details
• Record payment details
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues, provide solutions
• Keep accurate and concise notes on accounts
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Attend EAC-provided educational opportunities

Skills Required

• Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
• Gathers and analyzes information skillfully
• Develops alternative solutions
• Works well in group problem solving situations; Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.

Experience Required

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Equipment Used

• Confident typing skills
• Comfortable with data entry in web-based systems
• Proficient in basic computer use including Microsoft Office Suite products (Outlook, Excel, Word).
