Duties for the Shipping/Receiving - Standard are:

• Receiving & Verification: Unload and inspect all incoming shipments, verifying deliveries against purchase orders and accurately noting any damage or discrepancies to ensure inventory records remain clean and up to date.
• Shipping & Documentation: Prepare outgoing goods for shipment by carefully packaging, labeling, and completing all necessary shipping documentation to ensure orders leave accurately and on time.
• Inventory Management & Organization: Track and manage inventory levels throughout the warehouse, keeping stock organized and easily accessible to support smooth and efficient daily operations.

Requirements for the Shipping/Receiving - Standard include:

• Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED required, with familiarity in a warehouse or manufacturing environment and basic knowledge of shipping and receiving processes preferred.
• Equipment & Computer Skills: Must be comfortable operating warehouse equipment including a forklift and pallet jack, and possess basic computer skills to manage shipment tracking and inventory documentation.
• Physical & Soft Skills: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repeated bending, twisting, and sitting throughout the shift, paired with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate and work effectively within a team.
