The Banking Branch Manager is responsible for leading the daily operations of the branch while delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales and financial goals, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing a high-performing team. This role oversees branch performance, fosters strong customer relationships, manages operational risk, and promotes the bank's products and services to drive business growth. The Branch Manager serves as a trusted leader, ensuring an outstanding customer experience while maintaining operational excellence.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop branch employees to achieve individual and team performance goals.
• Recruit, train, and retain top talent while fostering a positive work environment.
• Conduct regular staff meetings, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions.
• Promote accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Customer Relationship Management
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with consumer and business clients.
• Recommend banking products and financial solutions based on customer needs.
Sales & Business Development
• Achieve branch sales, deposit, loan, and profitability goals.
• Increase customer acquisition and retention through referrals and community involvement.
• Promote digital banking services and financial products.
Branch Operations
• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure transaction accuracy.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, cash controls, and branch appearance.
• Monitor operational performance and service quality.
Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, BSA, AML, CIP, and internal policies.
• Monitor internal controls, conduct audits, and mitigate operational risk.
• Protect customer confidentiality and sensitive information.
