Salary: $17.50/hour

Pay: Starting at $17.50/hour (Get paid for 40 hours while working a 36-hour weekend schedule!)
Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday | 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

• New Employee Orientation will take place on a weekday

Overview:

Enjoy a three-day workweek while earning a full 40-hour paycheck. We're looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join our team in an entry-level General Labor role at a packaging manufacturing facility. In this position, you'll help build custom crates and packaging used to protect products during shipping. No previous experience is required. We'll provide the training you need to be successful.

 

What You'll Do:

• Build wooden crates, pallets, and custom packaging materials
• Use basic hand and power tools (training provided)
• Follow work instructions and simple diagrams
• Load, move, and organize materials as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Assist with packaging projects at customer locations when needed
• Work with your team to meet daily production goals

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain active throughout the shift
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license preferred

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

• Experience using hand or power tools
• Construction, manufacturing, or warehouse experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
