Looking for a dependable painter to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for preparing parts for paint, applying coatings using a spray gun, and ensuring finished products are properly labeled, protected, and prepared for shipment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, willing to learn additional areas of the operation, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities include prepping parts for painting, painting components using spray equipment, adding labels and packaging materials, applying shipping protection, and assisting with shipping and general labor duties as needed. Candidates must be willing to follow safety procedures, including the use of a respirator and other personal protective equipment.

Successful candidates will have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role requires standing for extended periods, lifting parts, bending, and performing other physical tasks throughout the workday.
