Salary: $21-$25/hr

We are seeking a Electronics Assembler I for a manufacturing company in Fitchburg, MA. This role handles assembling, testing, and maintaining electronic components and subassemblies used in the production of high-quality products.

 

Responsibilities:

• Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, and finished products according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Operate microscopes, measuring instruments, and electronic test equipment to inspect and verify product quality.
• Read and interpret work instructions, assembly drawings, schematics, and manufacturing procedures to ensure accurate assembly.
• Perform soldering, wiring, and mechanical assembly using hand and pneumatic tools, including tweezers, cutters, torque drivers, and similar equipment.
• Accurately complete production records, documentation, and quality-related data.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-safe work environment in compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of related manufacturing or electronic assembly experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Soldering experience is required; IPC certification is preferred.
• Proficiency using microscopes, multimeters, and other electronic test equipment.
• Working knowledge of electronic assembly techniques, components, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under close supervision.

HOURS: 1st and 2nd shift available! M-F 6AM-2:30PM and 2:30PM-11PM

 

PAY:$21/hr-$25/hr DOE
