What you'll do:
- Set up and operate injection molding machines
- Load raw materials, including plastic pellets and resins, into equipment
- Monitor machine performance to ensure efficient production
- Inspect finished products for quality and identify defects
- Use measuring tools and visual inspections to verify specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
What you need:
- Previous manufacturing or molding experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay & Schedule:
- Pay: $12–$15 per hour
- Schedule: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift opportunities available
