Location: Lenexa, KS
Pay: $18.00/HR + Productivity Raises
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
*Occasional overtime until 7:00 PM based on workload
Type: Temp-to-Perm

Position Overview

A growing distribution company in Lenexa is hiring Warehouse Associates to join their receiving and order fulfillment teams. This is a long-term opportunity with a company that promotes from within and regularly hires dependable contract employees onto their payroll.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders using handheld RF scanners
• Receive and stock incoming inventory
• Pack and prepare orders for shipment
• Load completed orders onto delivery trailers
• Build carts and organize warehouse inventory
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow warehouse procedures and safety standards

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Comfortable using handheld scanners or willing to learn
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (team lifting available when needed)
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Must pass a drug screen and background check

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Overtime available during busy periods
• Very occasional Saturdays
