What you'll do:

• Set up production machinery for scheduled jobs and production runs
• Make machine adjustments to meet product specifications
• Verify proper machine operation before production begins
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and communicate concerns
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

What you need:

• Previous machine setup, machine operator, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and follow work instructions
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Pay & Schedule:

• Pay: $20–$21 per hour
• Schedule: 2nd Shift, four 10-hour shifts per week
