Do you love animals and enjoy helping people? Our busy veterinary clinic is looking for a friendly, reliable Receptionist to join our team! If you're organized, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and love making both pets and their owners feel welcome, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Greet clients and their pets with a smile
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Check patients in and out
• Process payments and maintain records
• Assist with general front-office duties
• Help create a positive experience for every client who walks through our doors

What We're Looking For:

• Friendly and professional attitude
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy clinic setting
• Basic computer skills
• Previous reception or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule:

? 4 days per week
? Weekdays: 7:15 AM – 4:00 PM
? Rotating Saturdays: 7:15 AM – 12:00 PM

Pay:

?? $14.00 per hour
