Salary: Up to $15/hour

Our client has asked us to find a part-time Handyman/Maintenance worker who takes pride in their work. If you have the right experience, attitude and are ready to work - we want you to apply with us!

 

What will you be doing?

• General “Handyman” or “Property Maintenance” work
• Light electrical
• Light plumbing
• Light carpentry
• Lawn care
• Other projects as needed

Schedule:

• As needed. Flexible schedule.

 

Experience, skills, and qualities that will put you at the top of the list for consideration includes:

• General maintenance
• Able to use power tools, hand tools, etc
• Able to complete projects according to property owners needs
• Strong hand-eye coordination
• Able to safely lift 50 lbs or more repeatedly
• Good listening skills and able to follow instructions
• Commitment to safety
• Reliable transportation with a commitment to being at work for all scheduled shifts, and willing to stay until the job is finished
• Drug free
