We're recruiting for an established, high-traffic retail operation in Destin that is looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven retail or hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing teams, and knows how to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of a high-volume retail gift shop

• Recruit, coach, schedule, and develop retail team members

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience

• Drive sales while maintaining visual merchandising standards

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate merchandise replenishment

• Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities for growth

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other business software to manage reporting and operations

• Ensure accurate cash handling, inventory control, and store compliance

• Foster a positive, energetic, and team-oriented work environment

• Collaborate with leadership to improve operational efficiency and profitability

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management, hospitality management, or restaurant retail leadership experience

• Experience managing employees in a high-volume environment

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer software

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

• Must be available to work weekends and peak business periods

• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic
