Production Worker

Location: Lewiston, ID
Pay: $18/HR
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

We are hiring Production Workers to join a clean, quality-focused manufacturing environment producing small precision metal components such as clips, brackets, and springs used in a variety of products. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, pays close attention to detail, and wants to build skills in manufacturing and machine operation. Training is provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload small metal parts into production machines
- Operate small presses and four-slide forming machines
- Perform repetitive assembly and production tasks
- Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
- Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers (training provided)
- Maintain production pace while following safety procedures
- Assist with shipping and receiving during slower production periods
- Keep work areas clean and organized

Qualifications & Skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good hand dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Mechanically inclined and eager to learn
- Ability to follow directions and production procedures
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Physical Requirements
- Stand/sit for the duration of the shift
- Frequent use of both hands throughout the day
- Perform repetitive but precise tasks
- Ability to adapt and move between different production tasks as needed
