Monday through Friday – 6:30am to 2:30pm

$20hr to $23hr depending on experience.

With a focus on thoughtful strategy and distinctive visual storytelling, the studio partners with businesses and organizations to elevate their identity across print and digital platforms. Rooted in a balance of aesthetic clarity and purposeful design, delivering impactful solutions that resonate with audiences and strengthen brand presence is seeking a Shop Helper/Driver to join their team in Pacoima.

Summary: This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a combination of driving and hands-on shop work. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely delivering completed products to customers while assisting with various production and shop support tasks to ensure efficient daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport completed products and materials to customer locations throughout the local area and occasionally to destinations up to 2 hours away.
• Load, secure, and unload materials and finished products for delivery.
• Maintain a clean driving record and operate company vehicles safely and professionally.
• Assist with light production tasks, including sanding letters and other fabricated components.
• Perform light assembly of products as directed.
• Help organize materials, tools, and work areas throughout the shop.
• Complete end-of-day shop cleanup to maintain a safe and organized workspace.
• Assist with receiving, moving, and staging materials and inventory.
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
• Perform other shop support duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
• Previous delivery, warehouse, shop, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
