Summary:
Support peak production by operating light machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This entry-level opportunity offers hands-on training with potential for long-term employment.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Operate assigned equipment safely while meeting hourly production goals
  • Monitor machine performance and perform first-piece and in-process inspections
  • Run machines based on shop orders and drawings, including piercing, bending, and forming
  • Identify defects, equipment issues, and communicate concerns to setup or supervision
  • Follow all safety procedures and assist with material handling as needed
Qualifications:
  • No prior experience required; training provided
  • Ability to work mandatory overtime during peak production periods
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine operation
  • Comfortable using measuring tools and gauges for inspections
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
