Key Responsibilities:

• Operate parking lot sweeping equipment to keep paved areas clean and free of debris
• Perform routine inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Complete seasonal snow removal and ice control during winter weather
• Maintain landscaped areas by mowing, trimming, pruning, and general groundskeeping
• Assist with irrigation checks and basic lawn and garden maintenance
• Use hand and power tools to complete minor repairs and equipment adjustments
• Help maintain curbs, sidewalks, and other exterior property features

What We're Looking For:

• Mechanical aptitude and experience operating outdoor maintenance equipment
• Experience with landscaping, grounds maintenance, or similar outdoor work
• Comfortable using hand tools and power equipment safely
• Snow plowing, mowing, tree trimming, or heavy equipment experience is a plus
• Able to work independently and stay productive throughout overnight shifts
• Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and attention to detail
