We are a growing insurance agency seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative who is friendly, dependable, and eager to build a long-term career. No insurance experience? No problem! We will train you and even pay for your Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License.

- Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email
- Answer questions and provide exceptional customer service
- Help clients with policy updates, billing inquiries, and account maintenance
- Follow up with existing customers regarding their insurance needs
- Support the agency team with administrative tasks
- Learn the insurance industry and develop professional skills
- Help create a welcoming and positive customer experience

- Bilingual (English & Spanish)

- Willingness to obtain a Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License within 60–90 days of hire
