Sales Representative/Estimator

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8:00AM – 5:30PM

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated sales representative to meet with customers, assess project needs, and prepare accurate bids. This role blends customer interaction, project estimating, and relationship building, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, production-minded environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to understand project needs and provide professional guidance

• Prepare accurate estimates for painting and repair projects

• Learn and maintain strong product knowledge, including application processes

• Prospect new leads and convert them into long-term customers

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle

• Coordinate repairs and work with subcontractors as needed

• Support overall production goals and ensure projects move efficiently from estimate to completion

Required Skills & Experience

• Previous sales experience

• Self-motivated with strong follow-through

• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once

• Comfortable with phone communication and face-to-face customer interaction

• Production-minded approach to workload and timelines

• Strong closer with proven sales ability

Preferred Qualifications

• Construction or trades experience

• Experience in project management

• Strong communication skills

• High attention to detail
