Now Hiring: Experienced Sandblaster

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Sandblaster with previous sandblasting experience. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing and cleaning metal surfaces using abrasive blasting equipment while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform sandblasting on metal parts and equipment to remove rust, paint, corrosion, and other surface contaminants.
• Prepare surfaces for painting, coating, or finishing.
• Operate and maintain sandblasting equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow all safety procedures and properly wear required PPE.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with other shop duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Sandblaster is required.
• Ability to operate sandblasting equipment safely.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
