Looking for a for an experienced Operations Manager to join a growing organization. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a competitive salary and the chance to lead warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Position Summary

The Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring efficient daily workflows while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and inventory accuracy. This leadership role is responsible for managing inventory, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, optimizing operational processes, and supporting a productive warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and workflow
• Manage inventory accuracy and inventory control processes
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and quality standards
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
• Monitor operational performance and resolve issues as they arise
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Maintain an organized, safe, and productive warehouse environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• OR 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar leadership role
• Proven experience managing warehouse operations
• Lean and/or Six Sigma experience preferred
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and inventory control processes
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
