📢 Now Hiring: Accounting Manager / Full-Charge Accounting Professional

We're looking for a hands-on Accounting Manager who understands the complete accounting process from start to finish. This is not a role for someone who only reviews reports—we need a professional who can roll up their sleeves, manage the day-to-day accounting operation, lead a small team, and confidently explain how every transaction impacts the Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet.

What You'll Do
✅ Oversee all aspects of accounting operations
✅ Prepare and analyze financial statements, including P&L and Balance Sheet reporting
✅ Manage month-end and year-end close processes
✅ Supervise and mentor a team of 2–3 accounting employees
✅ Maintain Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll support, reconciliations, and general ledger activities
✅ Partner with Operations, Sales, HR, and other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
✅ Ensure accounting processes, controls, and reporting are accurate and efficient
✅ Serve as a hands-on backup for any accounting function when needed
✅ Utilize and maintain accounting records within QuickBooks
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of how financial transactions flow through the P&L and Balance Sheet
- Experience managing the full accounting cycle
- Proven leadership experience managing a small team
- Advanced QuickBooks knowledge and experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with multiple departments
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Previous experience as a Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, or Full-Charge Bookkeeper
- Experience improving accounting processes and procedures
