Pay Rate: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour (DOE)

 

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Overtime Available

A leading logistics and distribution company in Elizabeth, NJ is seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Bilingual Spanish Forklift & Electric Pallet Jack Operator to join its warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating material handling equipment and be able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down forklifts and electric pallet jacks (EPJ)

• Load and unload trailers efficiently and accurately

• Move, stage, and organize products throughout the warehouse

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment

• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against packing slips and shipping documents

• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and stock replenishment

• Communicate with supervisors and team members in both English and Spanish

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures

• Support warehouse operations as needed to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience required

• Previous forklift and electric pallet jack (EPJ) experience required

• Experience loading and unloading trailers preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly

• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
