Heavy Equipment Forklift Operator (15,000 lb Capacity)

Pay: $19.00–$21.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift

We are currently seeking a dependable Heavy Equipment Forklift Operator to join our team on a full-time day shift. This position is ideal for someone who has experience safely operating large-capacity forklifts and enjoys working in an outdoor industrial environment.

Monday - Thursday 6:00am-3:30pm, Friday 6:00am - Noon

Responsibilities

Safely operate a forklift with lifting capacities up to 15,000 pounds
Load, unload, transport, and stage materials ranging from 20 to 60 feet in length
Move oversized materials safely throughout the yard and worksite
Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance concerns
Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures
Assist with general yard organization and material handling as needed
Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Previous experience operating heavy-capacity forklifts (15,000 lb or similar preferred)
Comfortable handling long and oversized materials
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong attention to safety and detail
Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
Ability to communicate effectively and follow directions

Compensation & Benefits

Starting pay $19.00–$21.00 per hour, depending on experience
