Salary: $19-$24.25/hr

PRODUCTION OPERATOR I:

Schedule: Mon-Fri | 5:00am-1:30pm | $19/hr

Schedule: Thu-Sat & e/o Wed | 3:15am-3:30pm | $21.85/hr

  Position Summary:

·         Operates equipment used to manufacture products from raw materials into finished goods.

·         Maintains inventory records of raw materials used in manufacturing and keeps accurate and up-to-date records and/or data sheets on materials in process.

·         Performs in-process tests to ensure production meets required specifications.

·         Recognizes equipment malfunctions and/or product deficiencies and troubleshoots errors to achieve continuing optimum production levels.

PRODUCTION OPERATOR III:

Grinding:

Schedule: Mon-Fri | 1:00am-9:30pm | $22/hr

Schedule: Mon-Fri | 3:30pm-12:00am | $24.20/hr

Position Summary:

·         Operate and learn to set up profile grinding machines to manufacture customer parts

·         Adjust machines as needed to maintain quality and meet specifications

·         Inspect parts to ensure compliance with required standards

·         Troubleshoot minor machine or production issues to maintain efficiency

·         Train and assist other operators as needed

·         Follow all safety policies and company procedures

·         Perform other duties as assigned

Level III Expectations:

·         Works independently with minimal supervision

·         Handles more complex parts and tighter tolerances

·         Contributes to overall team performance and productivity

Expansion:

Schedule: Thur-Sat & e/o Wed | 3:15pm-3:30am | $22.47/hr

Schedule: Sun-Tues & e/o Wed | 3:15pm-3:30am | $24.25/hr

Extrusion:

Schedule: Sun-Tues & e/o Wed | 3:15am-3:30pm | $21/hr

        Position Summary:

·         Performs in-process tests to ensure production meets required specifications.

         Skill Level:

·         tests to ensure production semi-advanced skills and proficiency, typically acquired through a combination of job-related vocational training and relevant work experience (2+ years).

·         Performs advanced functions to develop advanced skills in procedures, techniques, tools, material, and/or equipment.

·         May require external certification in some disciplines.
