Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Residential Painter with experience in rolling, cutting, and spraying to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is detail-oriented, and can deliver high-quality finishes in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, patching, taping, etc.)

• Apply paint using brush, roller, and spray equipment

• Cut in clean lines around trim, windows, and ceilings

• Protect non-painted surfaces with drop cloths or painter’s tape

• Maintain clean and organized work areas

• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a residential painter

• Proficient in rolling, cutting, and spraying techniques

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
