Job Title: Box Build Assembly (BBA) Operator

Location: Southlake, TX

Shift: M-F 2:30PM - 11PM

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Box Build Assembly (BBA) Operator to join our client's production team in Southlake. In this role, you will conduct manual, mechanical, and automated assembly tasks on electronic and mechanical products. Your primary goal will be to deliver high-quality production output according to defined work instructions and routing standards, while supporting basic equipment maintenance and process data management.

 

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct manual and automated BBA assembly tasks in accordance with work instructions.

• Use defined tools and machines according to instructions, maintain IT systems (SAP, FLX) with corresponding data, and conduct simple equipment maintenance (cleaning, 5S).

• Report downtime and inefficiencies to the area leader and support functions, and contribute improvement ideas on the process or quality.

• Understand product specs, ensure all assigned quality control tasks are conducted, report deviations, and handle products and materials as per instructions.

• Conduct tasks in a reliable, independent, and consistent manner. Deliver consistent production output, stay calm, and escalate any issues impacting production or quality.

Key Skills Required:

• Experience with mechanical and electrical assembly processes.

• Detail-oriented with strong hand/eye coordination.

• Ability to handle tools, equipment, and computer systems.

• Knowledge of material preparation, handling, and care at the work cell.

• Reliability to deliver consistent quality according to specs.

• Basic computer skills.
