Pay: $26/hr + depending on experience

Our client is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead a high-volume assembly and packaging team. This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, and on-time performance while developing and holding employees accountable.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop production employees
• Drive daily production goals and KPI performance
• Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and labor efficiency
• Conduct shift meetings and communicate expectations
• Manage staffing, training, and employee performance
• Partner with Quality, Warehouse, and Planning teams
• Identify opportunities for process improvement
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, assembly, packaging, or distribution
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills
• Experience managing KPIs and production metrics
• Ability to drive accountability and performance
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and production reporting
