We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Quality Control Technician to join a dynamic production team in the Tempe/Chandler area. In this role, you will be the final line of defense, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards before they reach our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a technical eye and a background in wiring systems to join a stable, growing company.
Perform rigorous quality inspections on multiple product lines.
Utilize your technical knowledge to inspect and verify wire harness assemblies.
Identify, document, and report any defects or deviations from quality standards.
Work closely with production teams to ensure manufacturing processes remain consistent and high-quality.
Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality metrics.
Must have: Documented experience with wire harness assembly, inspection, or manufacturing.
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot minute inconsistencies.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
