Warehouse Supervisor Trainee

Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Overview

We are currently hiring a Warehouse Supervisor Trainee to join our team. 

Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods.
• Ensure smooth workflow and efficient space utilization while meeting operational goals and Key performance Indicators
• Staff Supervision and Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor warehouse employees. Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, provide coaching, foster a positive team environment.  Assist employee, routes and installations as needed.
• Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure proper storage and organization of goods.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Clear criminal background
• Must pass a 10-panel urine drug test
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and logistics procedures
• Experience with warehouse equipment
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment 
• Must bring two valid forms of physical identification
