Express Employment of Caldwell is seeking welders!  If you have one to two years of welding experience and are looking for a long term and full time opportunity, our local Client in Nampa is looking for a Welder to join their team for a Full time to hire position!  Good pay and a good working schedule.

Pay: $23.00 to $24.00/hour DOE.

Schedule: Mon - Fri 7am to 4:00pm, Some overtime will be required.

 

MIG Welder

We are seeking a dependable MIG Welder to join our team. The MIG Welder will set up and operate MIG welding equipment to fabricate and assemble metal parts according to blueprints and work orders. Responsibilities include inspecting finished welds for quality, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and following all company safety procedures.

 

Basic Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous MIG welding experience needed and required, 1 to 2 years.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and measuring tools.
• Basic knowledge of welding techniques and safety practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
