A local company is seeking a dependable Temporary Warehouse Worker / Non-CDL Driver for a short-term assignment beginning in mid-July and lasting approximately one month. This position will split time between warehouse duties and local/interstate deliveries using a 24-foot box truck equipped with a Tommy Lift. Candidates must be safety-conscious, reliable, and able to perform physical warehouse work as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 24' box truck for deliveries and pickups.
• Load and unload materials using a Tommy Lift and proper material-handling techniques.
• Transport products to customer and company locations in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, organizing, and moving inventory within the warehouse.
• Verify shipment accuracy and maintain delivery documentation.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (Medical Card) required.
• Ability to legally perform interstate transportation as required.
• Previous warehouse, delivery, or box truck driving experience preferred.
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Strong attendance record and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of materials.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday.
• Ability to enter and exit the truck multiple times per shift.
