Production Worker

Location: Shreveport, LA
Pay: $15.00–$16.00 per hour (DOE)
Job Type: Seasonal with potential for full-time employment

Schedule:

Monday through Friday
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Workday may end earlier when production is completed

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Production Workers to join our team in Shreveport. In this role, you will be responsible for bagging and packaging ice in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality and safety standards. Responsibilities

Bag, seal, and stack ice according to production standards
Monitor bagging equipment and report any issues
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all company safety procedures and food handling guidelines
Load and move finished products as needed
Assist with general warehouse and production duties
Work efficiently to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Comfortable working in a cold and fast-paced environment
Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Previous production or warehouse experience is a plus but not required
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
