You'll oversee a large and established Eastern Canadian territory including:

• Ottawa and surrounding region
• Quebec
• New Brunswick
• Nova Scotia
• Prince Edward Island
• Newfoundland and Labrador

This is a territory with existing business, established customer relationships, and significant runway for growth.

 

?? The Opportunity

 

This is not an order taking role.

You'll serve as the face of the business across Eastern Canada, building relationships with distributors, contractors, facility maintenance providers, procurement teams, and end users who influence purchasing decisions every day.

Success in this role comes from understanding customer operations, identifying opportunities others miss, and becoming a trusted business partner rather than just another supplier.

You'll inherit a strong foundation while having the autonomy to expand market share and create your own success story.

We're seeking a bilingual sales professional who thrives in front of customers and enjoys building long term business relationships.

 

Ideal backgrounds may include:

• Janitorial and sanitation products
• Industrial supplies
• Facility maintenance solutions
• Safety products and PPE
• Packaging and consumables
• Building products
• Distribution sales
• Commercial products sold through dealer or distributor networks
• Other B2B territory management environments

You may currently be an Account Manager, Territory Manager, Business Development Manager, Outside Sales Representative, Sales Executive, or Distributor Sales Representative looking for a larger market and greater earning potential.

• Manage and grow an established Eastern Canadian territory
• Develop strategic relationships with distributors and key decision makers
• Generate new business opportunities across multiple verticals
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Support distributor growth initiatives and customer retention strategies
• Identify market trends and competitive opportunities
• Collaborate with leadership to drive sustainable territory expansion
