Heavy Equipment Operator - Paver Operator

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Paver Operator / Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate asphalt pavers, rollers, and other heavy machinery to support road construction and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in asphalt paving, excellent equipment operation skills, and a commitment to safety and quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate asphalt pavers and heavy equipment to lay down and smooth asphalt on various surfaces.
• Ensure the proper depth, consistency, and smoothness of the asphalt.
• Perform basic maintenance checks and report any equipment issues.
• Collaborate with the paving crew to meet project deadlines and specifications.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a paver operator or heavy equipment operator.
• Knowledge of asphalt paving techniques and equipment operation.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness.
