Responsibilities
• Assist all dealers with part identification issues.
• Assist all dealers in expediting backordered parts.
• Assist all dealers in determining order status by utilizing various logistics tools and providing tracking and proof of delivery information.
• Address quality issues reported by dealers, end users, and various company personnel worldwide by researching prints, GA drawings, ECNs, engineering lists, and VASP lists. This includes working closely with warehouse inspectors, Engineers, and Quality Assurance.
• Monitor, track, and expedite the status of Red Alert and TCS level orders.
• Procure service grams, illustrations, MSDS sheets, kit breakdowns, assembly information, and merchandising program information.
• Assist dealers with parts and core return issues and credit memos.

• Parts and service manual knowledge
• Print reading skills
• Familiarity with the telematics industry
Experience Required
• In lieu of a college degree, a high school diploma with 2 to 6 years of relevant experience will be accepted.
• Banking, claims (insurance or medical), or reconciliation experience.
Education Required
• Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with one year of related experience.
