Pay: $17–$19 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Description

We are partnering with a long-standing transportation company seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to join our team in Minto, MN. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable multitasking, and confident working with numbers.

Responsibilities

• Process driver payroll information and trip envelopes
• Balance and process fuel invoices and reports
• Process child support payments and garnishments
• File fuel tax and monthly reporting documents
• Issue travel permits and maintain fleet records
• Assist with accounts payable
• Train new drivers on required paperwork and procedures
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Payroll, bookkeeping, accounting, or office experience preferred
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient with a 10-key calculator
• Strong organizational and communication skills
