Production Support Associate – Hand Loader C Shift (Short-Term Assignment)

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Production Support Associate to assist with a short-term production project. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and can maintain a steady pace in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

 

Location: Olathe, KS
Employment Type: Temporary / Contract
Work Conditions: Manufacturing / Production
Pay: $21.50 per hour
Work Hours: 5am - 5pm rotating

 

Position Summary:
The Production Support Associate is responsible for manually loading cartons into a packaging machine to support production of mini cans. This is a short-term assignment expected to run from next Thursday through Friday, July 17. Reliable attendance is essential to ensure uninterrupted production.

 

Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities:
Manually load cartons into the packaging machine throughout the shift
Maintain a consistent production pace to support packaging operations
Monitor carton supply and notify supervisors of any shortages or issues
Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work effectively with production team members to meet daily production goals

 

Minimum Requirements:
Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
Ability to stand for extended periods
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment

 

Skills Required:
Production support and material handling
Attention to detail
Dependability and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
Experience working in a production environment is a plus

 

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
Manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery and production equipment
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and repetitive lifting of cartons
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
