Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for an experienced Production Coordinator for a growing manufacturing company in Bonita Springs.

This position plays a key role in keeping production operations organized and accurate. The Production Coordinator will manage ERP transactions and production data related to sales orders, work orders, inventory, purchasing, bills of materials, routings, and invoicing.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain customer sales orders in the ERP system
• Generate customer invoices and close completed sales orders
• Create, release, and close production work orders
• Maintain item records, bills of materials, and routings
• Ensure ERP records accurately reflect engineering drawings and revisions
• Create purchase orders and convert material requirements into POs
• Communicate with vendors regarding order confirmations, delivery dates, expedites, and discrepancies
• Maintain vendor information and pricing
• Assist with inventory cycle counts, adjustments, transfers, and reconciliations
• Maintain accurate and audit-ready production records
• Identify and report data discrepancies to production leadership
• Support internal and external audits by retrieving required documentation

 

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of ERP data entry or ERP administration experience within a manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Ability to follow established processes and procedures consistently
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage repetitive workflows with accuracy
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is highly preferred
• Experience with manufacturing ERP systems such as NetSuite, Epicor, JobBOSS, M1, or Fishbowl is a plus
• Medical device, aerospace, defense, or other regulated manufacturing experience is a plus

 

Compensation & Schedule:

$75,000 annually
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
Bonita Springs, FL
