Inspector Packer  3rd Shift Shift  $19.00/Hour

Shift:  Sunday - Friday  10:30 PM - 6:30AM (3rd Shift)

Pay    $19.00 per hour

What You'll Do

As an Inspector Packer, you'll play an essential role in ensuring every product meets customer quality standards before shipment.

Responsibilities include:

• Read and understand job orders and packing specifications.
• Inspect products for defects, imperfections, and quality concerns.
• Pack finished products according to customer specifications.
• Ensure products are prepared correctly for shipment.
• Monitor product quality throughout the production run.
• Communicate quality issues, machine concerns, or production problems to supervisors and appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and PPE requirements.

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to identify defects and maintain consistent quality standards.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods on concrete floors.
• Full range of motion, including bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive hand movements.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Some positions may require working in a sterile environment while wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Previous manufacturing, inspection, packaging, assembly, or quality control experience is helpful but not required.
• Reliable attendance and a positive team attitude.
