Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Filling Machine Operator to join our production team. The Filling Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring filling equipment to ensure products are accurately filled, sealed, and packaged according to company standards. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product quality, production efficiency, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and calibrate filling equipment for production runs.
Operate machinery according to specifications.
Monitor equipment for proper functioning throughout the shift.
Perform routine quality checks to ensure correct fill levels, seals, and packaging.
Make minor adjustments to machines as needed to maintain product quality and consistency.
Clean and sanitize machines and work area in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to maintenance or supervisors promptly.
Maintain accurate production records, including quantities filled and any downtime or issues.
Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Assist with product changeovers and line clean-ups.
Work Environment:
Manufacturing/production facility
Exposure to noise, standing, and repetitive motion
May require flexible hours, including overtime or weekends
