Primary Responsibilities

• Assist Recycling Center Directors with daily plant operations and maintenance activities
• Monitor equipment performance and assist with maintenance and repairs
• Supervise and work alongside team members and workforce participants on assigned tasks
• Operate equipment including balers, conveyors, forklifts, loaders, and sheers
• Maintain records of materials received, processed, and shipped
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain compliance with company safety standards
• Communicate effectively with directors, staff, and team members
• Perform light to heavy manual labor and support facility operations as needed

Required Qualifications

• Previous industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or recycling facility experience preferred
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License and insured personal vehicle required
• Must be insurable under company fleet insurance policy
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and measurements
• Ability to lift, move, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Compensation: $17–$21/hr (Based on Experience, Benefit Package Available)

Schedule

1st Shift | Monday–Friday
Occasional Saturdays and overtime as required
